SHIPPING POLICY

We will send our Scarves and Shawls within 1-3 working days with our agreement

We deliver to you by cargo.

You can check your order with the cargo employee before you receive it.

If there is a missing or wrong situation, make a report to the cargo employee before you receive the package.

You can return the Scarf or Shawl you have purchased within 10 days.

Shipping costs for returned products belong to the buyer.

All package contents must be complete in order for you to return the product.

Labels should not be torn off and should not see any deformation.

It should be placed in the package so that the invoice of the product does not fall.
